# Why cant i activate my URCap

so ive been trying to import g code files to my URe10, but i cant seem to activate the preloaded ur cap file that is on my polyscope(Remote TCP& Toolpath). i did the steps that are required to activate it, i reseted the robot after like instructed, but when i turn on the robot the the Remote TCP file is still under inactive URCaps
