# URSim not starting up.. Splash screen only

Hi,

New to all this… I have got a linux (Mint) VM and have installed as per the guides, or at least I think so…

When I execute the start-ursim.sh I get the Polyscope 5.16 screen and it loads to 100% but then nothing else happens…

Have I mis understand what to do here or have I got another problem ??
