# UR3 IP adress reverts everytime i try to set it up

Hi  
I am trying to configure the static IP address on my ur3 but every time I punch in the numbers and click apply, when I go to the About section, all of the fields are reverted to 0.0.0.0.  
Do I need to reset it or something else?  
please help and thank you in advance.
