UR10e: Fault C262A17: Failed to communicate with Elbow joint.

Getting this failure when I updated UR10e from 5.17 to 5.22.0
([Universal Robots - Robot Image - UR-Series & e-Series - SW 5.22.0](https://www.universal-robots.com/download/software-ur-series/image/robot-image-ur-series-e-series-sw-5220/#))

What would have caused this ? And how do I resolve ?

Hello.

Have you tried these methods: Try the following actions to see which resolves the issue: (A) Make sure the cable between Control Box and Robot Arm is correctly connected and it has no damage, (B) Check for loose connections, (C) Conduct a complete rebooting sequence.

If it still error, try “downgrade” to old version.
