Hello.
We have recently procured a brand new UR20. So far it has been powered on for 6 hours.
The Teachpendant feels very hot. I suppose its internal temperature is around 60°C and it has a distinct smell of burnt plastic or electrical fire. No program is running, it is merely in idle mode.
Is this normal?

Hi @mwn,

The Teach Pendants can get warm during operation, but your description sounds a bit out of the ordinary. Please reach out to your distributor or create a support case on [https://myur.universal-robots.com/](https://myur.universal-robots.com/)
