I’ve noticed that the UR support page has been down for a number of days, preventing access to API documentation and all UR downloads, is there any news on when this will be back up/what is causing the the site to be inaccessible?

Hi Sam, You are right, the site was down last week. We provided links to essential documentation and support while it was down.
We are pleased to inform you that it is now back up and working again as normal. We have also provided an explanation of what happened on the site.
