Hi all,

I am currently working on a shop monitor in C# which should also show the status of the Ur10. Is there any way to read popup messages from the ur10 via a TCP/IP connection? Or is it possible to read variable via this connection or via another connection?

Thanks in advance,
Job

Hello Job,

it is not possible to read out the popups displayed in Polyscope. Also reading out Script variables cannot be done directly over an external interface.

You could store the needed variables in suitable registers and access them over the [RTDE Interface](https://www.universal-robots.com/articles/ur-articles/real-time-data-exchange-rtde-guide/) for example.
