ROS2 Foxy UR Driver: Install Error - transmission_interface package

This error occurs in a repeatable manner. I tried to install several times from scratch. Every time fails for the same package. Below error message indicates there is a bug in the source code “simple_transmission_test.cpp”. Installed on the UBUNTUS 20.04 Server and ROS2-Foxy. Debian.
