I am currently working on a project with UR16e robot and want to know if is it fully supported and already implemented via ROS?

Yes, the UR16e is supported just like all the other models. Please see the [`ur_robot_driver`](https://github.com/UniversalRobots/Universal_Robots_ROS_Driver) for details.
