# Program, Installation and Move tabs Disabled in Simulator

Hi all,

I am working on a 2nd generation UR program and am trying to import the 1st generation into URSIM to develop it. I am having trouble viewing / editing the program, installation and move tabs.

I am able to open the file in URSIM but the tabs are all disabled. I am also not able to put it into manual mode. Does anyone have insight into how to get access to these functions?

I believe it has to do with a safety setup programmed in, but I don’t have access to force I/O or to alter the program at all. Again I am doing this all in the simulator in preparation for when we have the robot on the floor.
