# Problems reading USB

Hello everyone,

These days I’ve been deleting some URCaps on my UR10 in order to have only the neccesary ones for the development of a specific program. Today, when trying to add a new URCap for a gripper, the UR does not read the USB (neither in the teach-pendant nor in the controller).

I have tried with differents USB and it does not work. I have another UR (exacty the same model and configuration as the other one) in the lab and it reads all the USBs perfectly so I don’t know what can be happening…
