# Problem booting URSim

Hallo,  
I am new to this software. I have been trying to run the simulation software but it’s showing the following error

\*\*Result Code: \*\*  
**E\_FAIL (0x80004005)**  
\*\*Component: \*\*  
**MachineWrap**  
\*\*Interface: \*\*  
**IMachine {85cd948e-a71f-4289-281e-0ca7ad48cd89}**

Cna anyone help me to fix this. I would be very thankfull.

This seems like a rather domain specific error.

Can you elaborate what you did, when this happened?  
What did you do step-by-step?

Just by judging from the error types, it could be related to the virtual machine software?

Hi,  
Steps

1. I downloaded the software UR sim 3.6
2. The i Installed Virtual box freeware. And then followed the steps as stated on the website of Universal Robots.
3. When i am starting the Virtual machine then the error is showing. Below is the whole error.

The virtual machine ‘AMS’ has terminated unexpectedly during startup with exit code 1 (0x1). More details may be available in ‘C:\Users\Admin\VirtualBox VMs\AMS\Logs\VBoxHardening.log’.
