# Ployscope 5.17 , External control error

hI Im having issues with the external control urcap.

PC : 192.168.56.1 / 255.255.255.0  
UR5e : 192.168.56.100 / 255.255.255.0

Polyscope = 5.17,  
external control = 1.0.5

I have used UR5e a lot with ros. However, an error occurred when using the latest UR5e.

Is this a problem caused by a significant difference between the versions of the controller and urcaps?

Do you have remote control enables in the security section?
