Hi all,
I’m currently facing an issue with my UR10 CB series robot when trying to perform a simple movement command using the RTDE control interface. I’ve been getting the error message:

_“One of the RTDE input registers are already in use! Currently, you must disable the EtherNet/IP adapter, PROFINET, or any MODBUS unit configured on the robot.”_

I’ve followed these steps to resolve the issue, but the error still persists:

1. I have already disabled the EtherNet/IP adapter and other related protocols (PROFINET, MODBUS) as instructed.
2. I’ve rebooted the robot and the PC running the RTDE client.
3. I confirmed there are no active connections using the same port (30004) using `netstat`, and I’ve also restarted the machine to ensure no processes are occupying the register.
I would greatly appreciate if someone could tell me if i have missed something.
Thank you!!!
