I am trying to install urcap file for robotiq wrist camera which I have downloaded from their website. After I select the urcap files from the usb, nothing come up. Hi @anon3790689 if you just downloaded the wirst camera URCap from Robotiq’s website, the latest version required Polyscope 5.8 +. You may want to try and update your Polyscope to the latest version.
