**Software version** : 3.12
**Robot generation** : CB31 UR5

**Steps to reproduce** :

1. First step: start the robot

**Expected behavior** : normal boot

**Actual behavior** : error message while loading polyscope

Hello everbody,

I´ve just updated my UR5 CB31 to SW Version 3.12.0, previous version was 3.11.0. As you can see in the attached picture, I got an error message without any notes while loading polyscope. The message appears at 21% and stays until 100%. If I don´t touched the “OK Button”, the systems stucks at 100%. Only after clicking **three times** the “OK Button”, it forwarded me to the normal menu.

Beside this error, I didn´t found any others failures until now. I allready uninstalled all UR Caps, but it didn´t change the behaviour.

Even if there is no other error, I want to know the reason and optimally solve the problem with the error message.

Do you have any tips for me?

Many thanks in advance and best regards,

Frederik

Hello,

Thanks for reporting this. Could you please provide a **polyscope.log** and **polyscop-startup-xx.log** files?

Polyscope.log is a part of a flight report but also resides in /root.
You can find polyscope-startup-xx.log in /tmp.

Hello,

thanks for your fast reply. Unfortunately the file polyscope.log is empty.
