I have two UR10e cobots that I’ve updated to 5.22.2 and is now throwing a C332A0 Critical Error in the servo configuration module. I’ve performed a complete reboot and also ran the update again but she still faults when trying to power her up. Just wanted to check with the forum before I open a case in myUR. We have 90 UR10e in total and I’ve updated 60 so far without any problems. Some of these units have not ran in a couple of years and most all were at 5.8.X to 5.11.X version of PolyScope before we began bringing them all current. Thanks for any input.
