# CB3 series Polyscope update 3.10

Hy to everyone.  
I have this problem when trying to update from 3.9.1 to 3.10.0  
The robot recognize the update but display this error:  
There was a problem unpacking the update file;  
/media/urmountpoint\_Y8bJf3/update-3.10.0.76181.urup

Thanks to everyone for help.

Have you downloaded the newest version?  
Does this also happen with the 3.10.1 SW-Version as well?

i want to upgrade to the version 3.11.0 . So i must upgrade it from 3.9 to 3.10 to 3.10.1, to 3.11. Is that operation wrong ?

The intended way is to update from 3.9 to 3.10 to 3.11. But it does not matter if 3.10.0 or 3.10.1 is used.  
If there are issues regarding 3.10.0, you can try 3.10.1 as well.
