# Can i update my URsoftware 5.11.0108249 may 2021

We have a UR10E with URSoftware 5.11.0.108249 ( may 19 2021)

Can we update this software ?

you can update to teh latest polyscope 5 version [here](https://www.universal-robots.com/download/software-ur-series/update/latest-polyscope-software-update-sw-5250-ur-series-e-series/) (5.25 at time of writing) though please bear in mind if you’re using ProfiSafe there was a major change to the architecture, more details [here](https://www.universal-robots.com/articles/ur/release-notes/release-note-software-version-525x/)
